Peterson has an immediate need for an experienced Field Lube Technician at our Hillsboro, OR location.

Job duties include the following:

• Troubleshoot and perform repairs on heavy equipment and components in the field.
• Perform preventative maintenance on heavy equipment including changing oil and filters, service greasing, and light mechanical work.
• Operate overhead cranes, hoists, power tools and other shop equipment in a safe manner.
• Complete service reports, time cards, and other related paperwork.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; and three (3) to five (5) years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. 
• Previous experience in preventative maintenance and service repair of heavy equipment and components and shop work is preferred.
